What is Coffea Cruda / Insomnia help needed

(Forum post:) I have trouble sleeping, since I work often late right to bedtime. I heard about coffee cruda, does it keep you awake? Is it harmless? I've also heard Coffea Cruda 30 (Boiron) or Coffea Cruda 3X HPUS helps sleeplessness. Is it a homeopathic treatment and a cure for insomnia? Please help! Other suggestions to battle my sleeping problem are greatly appreciated. Susan
